Charmaine joined the firm in 2020 as a trainee solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 2023.
She is involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, and compliance to listed companies.
She also assists private clients in a wide range of estate planning issues, including the preparation of wills, trusts and enduring powers of attorney.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in Lancaster University and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.
