Raymond was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2005 and is specialized in corporate finance and commercial matters. He has solid and practical experiences in initial public offerings, Listing Rules compliance, merger and acquisitions as well as general commercial matters. Raymond is now providing legal services to more than 15 companies listed on the Main Board or GEM of the Stock Exchange. He is also now the company secretary of certain companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
Raymond obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Master of Laws from The University of London.
He has published various news articles regarding legal issues on Sing Tao Daily.
